HUKUM MEMBACA BASMALAH SEBELUM SALAM

Bagaimanakah hukumnya membaca basmalah sebelum mengucapkan salam ?

Rumusan Jawaban :
Tidak sunah bahkan bid’ah bila sampai meyakini bahwa basmalah sunnah diucapkan pada saat akan mengucapkan salam. Apabila akan menimbulkan iham (sangkaan yang keliru) pada orang-orang awam bahwa hal itu disunahkan maka makruh .

ﻭﻳﺸﺘﺮﻁ ﺃﻥ ﻻ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﺫﻟﻚ اﻷﻣﺮ ﺫﻛﺮا ﻣﺤﻀﺎ ﺑﺄﻥ ﻟﻢ ﻳﻜﻦ ﺫﻛﺮا ﺃﺻﻼ ﺃﻭ ﻛﺎﻥ ﺫﻛﺮا ﻏﻴﺮ ﻣﺤﺾ ﻛﺎﻟﻘﺮﺁﻥ ﻓﺘﺴﻦ اﻟﺘﺴﻤﻴﺔ ﻓﻴﻪ ﺑﺨﻼﻑ اﻟﺬﻛﺮ اﻟﻤﺤﺾ ﻛﻼ اﻟﻪ ﺇﻻ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻭﺃﻥ ﻻ ﻳﺠﻌﻞ ﻟﻪ اﻟﺸﺎﺭﻉ ﻣﺒﺪﺃ ﻏﻴﺮ اﻟﺒﺴﻤﻠﺔ ﻭاﻟﺤﻤﺪﻟﺔ ﻛﺎﻟﺼﻼﺓ ﻓﺈﻧﻪ ﺟﻌﻞ ﻟﻬﺎ ﻣﺒﺪﺉ ﻏﻴﺮ اﻟﺒﺴﻤﻠﺔ ﻭاﻟﺤﻤﺪﻟﺔ ﻭﻫﻮ اﻟﺘﻜﺒﻴﺮ اﻩـ
اﻟﺒﺎﺟﻮﺭﻯ اﻟﺠﺰء اﻻﻭﻝ ﺻ : 11
ﻭاﻟﻤﺮاﺩ ﺑﺎﻷﻣﺮ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻌﻢ اﻟﻘﻮﻝ ﻛﺎﻟﻘﺮاءﺓ ﻭاﻟﻔﻌﻞ ﻛﺎﻟﺘﺄﻟﻴﻒ ﻭﻣﻌﻨﻰ ﺫﻱ ﺑﺎﻝ ﺃﻱ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ ﺣﺎﻝ ﺑﺤﻴﺚ ﻳﻬﺘﻢ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺮﻋﺎ ﺃﻯ ﺑﺄﻥ ﻻ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﻣﻦ ﺳﻔﺎﺳﻒ اﻷﻣﻮﺭ ﻭﻟﻴﺲ ﻣﺤﺮﻣﺎ ﻭﻻ ﻣﻜﺮﻭﻫﺎ ﻭﻳﺸﺘﺮﻁ ﺃﻳﻀﺎ ﺃﻥ ﻻ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﺫﻛﺮا ﻣﺤﻀﺎ ﻭﻻ ﺟﻌﻞ اﻟﺸﺎﺭﻉ ﻟﻪ ﻣﺒﺪﺃ ﻏﻴﺮ اﻟﺒﺴﻤﻠﺔ ﻭاﻟﺤﻤﺪﻟﺔ ﻭﺧﺮﺝ ﻣﺎ ﺟﻌﻞ اﻟﺸﺎﺭﻉ ﻟﻪ ﻣﺒﺪﺃ ﻏﻴﺮ اﻟﺒﺴﻤﻠﺔ ﻭاﻟﺤﻤﺪﻟﺔ ﻛﺎﻟﺼﻼﺓ ﻓﻼ ﻳﺒﺪﺃ ﺑﺎﻟﺒﺴﻤﻠﺔ ﻭﻻ ﺑﺎﻟﺤﻤﺪﻟﺔ ﺑﻞ ﺑﺎﻟﺘﻜﺒﻴﺮ ﻣﺜﻼ اﻩـ
ﺗﺤﻔﺔ اﻟﻤﺮﻳﺪ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺟﻮﻫﺮ اﻟﺘﻮﺣﻴﺪ ﺻ : 3
ﻭﻣﻨﻬﺎ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺒﺪﺃ ﻛﻞ ﻣﺴﻠﻢ ﻣﻨﻬﻢ ﺑﺎﻟﺴﻼﻡ ﻗﺒﻞ اﻟﻜﻼﻡ ﻭﻳﺼﺎﻓﺤﻪ ﻋﻨﺪ اﻟﺴﻼﻡ ﻗﺎﻝ اﻟﻨﺒﻰ ﻣﻦ ﺑﺪﺃ ﺑﺎﻟﻜﻼﻡ ﻗﺒﻞ اﻟﺴﻼﻡ ﻓﻼ ﺗﺠﻴﺒﻮﻩ ﺣﺘﻰ ﻳﺒﺪﺃ ﺑﺎﻟﺴﻼﻡ اﻩـ
ﺇﺣﻴﺎء ﻋﻠﻮﻡ اﻟﺪﻳﻦ اﻟﺠﺰء اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻰ ﺻ : 225
ﻓﺼﻞ ﺃﻥ اﻟﺴﻼﻡ ﻳﺒﺪﺃ ﺑﺎﻟﺴﻼﻡ ﻗﺒﻞ ﻛﻞ ﻛﻼﻡ ( ﻭاﻷﺣﺎﺩﻳﺚ اﻟﺼﺤﻴﺤﺔ ) ﻭﻋﻤﻞ ﺳﻠﻒ اﻷﻣﺔ ﻭﺧﻠﻔﻬﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻭﻓﻖ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻣﺸﻬﻮﺭﺓ ﻓﻬﺬا ﻫﻮ اﻟﻤﻌﺘﻤﺪ ﻓﻲ ﺩﻟﻴﻞ اﻟﻔﺼﻞ

( ﻣﺴﺌﻠﺔ ﺑ ) ﺗﺴﻦ اﻟﺼﻼﺓ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻨﺒﻰ ﺻﻠﻰ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﺑﻌﺪ اﻹﻗﺎﻣﺔ ﻛﺎﻷﺫاﻥ ﻭﻻ ﺗﺘﻌﻴﻦ ﻟﻬﺎ ﺻﻴﻐﺔ ﻭﻗﺪ اﺳﺘﻨﺒﻂ اﺑﻦ ﺣﺠﺮ ﺗﺼﻠﻴﺔ ﺳﺘﺄﺗﻰ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺠﻤﻌﺔ ﻗﺎﻝ ﻫﻰ ﺃﻓﻀﻞ اﻟﻜﻴﻔﻴﺎﺕ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻹﻃﻼﻕ ﻓﻴﻨﺒﻐﻰ اﻹﺗﻴﺎﻥ ﺑﻬﺎ ﺑﻌﺪﻫﻤﺎ ﺛﻢ اﻟﻠﻬﻢ ﺭﺏ ﻫﺬﻩ اﻟﺪﻋﻮﺓ اﻟﺘﺎﻣﺔ ﺇﻟﺦ ﻭﻧﻘﻞ ﻋﻦ اﻟﻨﻮﻭﻯ ﻭاﻋﺘﻤﺪﻩ اﺑﻦ ﺯﻳﺎﺩ ﺃﻧﻪ ﻳﺴﻦ اﻹﺗﻴﺎﻥ ﺑﻬﺎ ﻗﺒﻞ اﻹﻗﺎﻣﺔ ﻭﻋﻦ اﻟﺒﻜﺮﻯ ﺳﻨﻬﺎ ﻗﺒﻠﻬﻤﺎ ﻭﺃﻣﺎ اﻟﺘﺮﺿﻰ ﻋﻦ اﻟﺼﺤﺎﺑﺔ ﻓﻠﻢ ﻳﺮﺩ ﺑﺨﺼﻮﺻﻪ ﻫﻨﺎ ﻛﺒﻴﻦ ﺗﺴﻠﻴﻤﺎﺕ اﻟﺘﺮاﻭﻳﺢ ﺑﻞ ﻫﻮ ﺑﺪﻋﺔ ﺇﻥ ﺃﺗﻰ ﺑﻪ ﺑﻘﺼﺪ ﺃﻧﻪ ﺳﻨﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻫﺬا اﻟﻤﺤﻞ ﺑﺨﺼﻮﺻﻪ ﻻ ﺇﻥ ﺃﺗﻰ ﺑﻪ ﺑﻘﺼﺪ ﻛﻮﻧﻪ ﺳﻨﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺣﻴﺚ اﻟﻌﻤﻮﻡ ﻹﺟﻤﺎﻉ اﻟﻤﺴﻠﻤﻴﻦ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺳﻦ اﻟﺘﺮﺿﻰ ﻋﻨﻬﻢ ﻭﻟﻌﻞ اﻟﺤﻜﻤﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺘﺮﺿﻰ ﻋﻨﻬﻢ ﻭﻋﻦ اﻟﻌﻠﻤﺎء ﻭاﻟﺼﻠﺤﺎء اﻟﺘﻨﻮﻳﻪ ﺑﻌﻠﻮ ﺷﺄﻧﻬﻢ ﻭاﻟﺘﻨﺒﻴﻪ ﺑﻌﻈﻢ ﻣﻘﺎﻣﻬﻢ ﺇﻩـ
